| October 18, 2008 - 5:00 PM | Heritage Dinner - Elks Club - keynote speaker - Joseph Rosa, Ruislip, Middlesex, England. Joseph is an author and renowned authority on James Butler "Wild Bill" Hickok. He has written five adult and one children's book about Wild Bill. The cost will be $25.00 per person which includes the meal, coffee or iced tea, tax, and gratuity. | December 14, 2008 | Holidays at the Museums - Enjoy a festive evening with friends and family. Begin with hors d'oeuvres at the Hume-Carnegie Museum at 5:00 PM. Entertainment will follow at 6:00 PM at the Country Chapel at the Breaking the Prairie Museum. Wander across the street to the Union Depot Railroad Museum for delectable desserts from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. |
